Hello Guys, this is your boy Vaibhav, once again I’m here to bring another famous personality to you Dr. Maria Rosca. She is trained as a GP, has supercalifragilisticexpialidocious fashion sense and many more things you can count on as we go further in the article. We will be discussing how to keep your health in Good conditions as Dr. Maria shares her knowledge with us, not only this but Tips on Fashion, Positivity and more will also be covered.
Before I Started the Q n A session, I asked Dr. Maria to share some general information about her, that will help you guys know better about who Dr. Maria Rosca actually is and this is what she said»
I am from Romania, the medical doctor, and Aesthetician. I moved to the UK in 2000. I lived there for 15 years. I trained as GP there, 3 yrs ago I moved to Marbella Spain. Opened my clinic last Year in May, I know for my sense of fashion also and for being a true feminist. I want to inspire women to get a career and be independent and about style, is not about brands but how you wear it and how you portrait yourself.
I’ve been married since 2002, having a daughter, I know for my cheerful nature and positivity. Also, I am a very independent outspoken woman. I like more vlogging, loves the camera.
So guys now you know about her, now it’s time to move towards the article’s main content and begin the Interview.
1. What does fashion means to you?
Dr. Maria: Fashion is a way to express your way of being, your emotions and why not your status. It says something about you: I am elegant, I am a professional, I am seductive, sexy or I am childish and approachable. The way one gets dressed sends a powerful message. Nowadays, some women will go half naked on the street and wonder why they are not taking seriously. I wonder why?!
2. Health or Makeup? What should be on top?
Dr. Maria: Health should take priority as no makeup, makeup can cover an ill face. There is a lot of emphasis on how makeup makes us look good but really at the end of the day we should try to correct imperfections rather than change the way we look. These chemicals will affect your skin long term. Use it when you need it not for the sake of it. No makeup can cover an ill tired face.
3. According to you, is there any relationship between health and fashion?
Dr. Maria: The only relationship between health and fashion is how good you feel about yourself when you are wearing a nice pair of shoes, a beautiful dress etc. Fashion can be also an unhealthy obsession and a costly one too. Wear it to make it feel comfortable and happy not for the sake of it. Look at Victoria Beckham, she looks unhappy even with most expensive clothes yet when wearing jeans she looks comfortable and happy.
4. What is your tip for a healthy lifestyle?
Dr. Maria: Don’t smoke, don’t drink regularly alcohol, sleep well and don’t loose nights.
5. How do you start your day?
Dr. Maria: I start my day with coffee. I love coffee and the smell of it. It is one thing I can not start my day without.
6. What is your opinion About changing fashion? Should we go with the flow?
Dr. Maria: Styles are changing and is nice to go with the flow however must be age appropriate and suit your age and body type. Be in fashion but don’t be ridiculous.
7. After 40, what’s the best way to get back in shape? Gym/ yoga or medical treatment/ or anything else?
Dr. Maria: After 30 years of age, our metabolism changes so the best way to get back in shape is to make sure we don’t let ourselves down. Enjoy life but walk daily, eat well and do everything in moderation. Keeping in shape is related 70% to nutrition so eat wisely. I don t go regularly to the gym but I do tennis and I walk by the sea a lot plus I watch my diet.
8. How do you keep yourself happy and joyful all the time?
Dr. Maria: I have my moments of sadness too but my advice is that in this life to be happy one has to be independent, emotionally and financially. Don’t try to please everyone and love yourself. Do what makes you happy, don’t be afraid of changes, accept your mistakes and stop judging yourself. This is how I keep myself happy.
9. What is fashion and how is it impact your lifestyle?
Dr. Maria: I don’t wake up thinking of fashion but I do like to dress nicely every day, smell nice, do my hair and a little bit of makeup, make yourself presentable, according to your style. If you don’t have a natural fashion style ask an expert for advice or someone with style ….you might discover your own signature finally.
1o. Do you wanna give advice on Healthy Lifestyle?
Dr. Maria: Number one health tip ….stop smoking, It is extremely damaging for your health, your skin, your breast, your lungs …everything. I am surprised how people are still buying the cigarettes with all those pictures on the packages! It is 100 % poison.
